How to pay :
Please make cheques payable to ‘ANTIQUITES FRANCAISES’. Please allow 5 working days from date of receipt of cheque before goods will be despatched
BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD –
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. To pay by card, please telephone 0191 2121949 during our normal opening hours. Please have your full personal and card details available when telephoning. Allow 2 working days from telephone payment before goods will be despatched.
BY CASH –
We only accept cash payments at our shop in Newcastle upon Tyne. Please do NOT send cash by post. We do not accept cash-on-delivery payments. We will accept cash payments in Euros, at the current exchange rate at the time of payment, at our shop as above.
Delivery
Please note all delivery costs are to be borne by the purchaser.
Please contact us by telephone on 0191 2121949 for a quotation for delivery costs. We use a local shipper who provides an excellent, safe service.

We will telephone you with a firm quotation within 1 working day.
Storage
We can store items for up to 6 weeks after purchase, at no extra cost. It may be possible for us to store items for a longer period of time, by personal arrangement. Storage beyond 6 weeks after purchase will incur additional costs, the amount depending on the size of the item to be stored. If you wish to use this service we will give you a firm quotation at the time of purchase.
